Responsibilities:

• Manage and train an English speaking sales team.
• Create work plans and the annual sales budget.
• Set and meet goals, monitor outputs, analyze data and improve the conversion rate.
• Responsible for collections, producing reports, managing goals and distribution of leads.

Requirements:

• A degree relevant to the field - a significant advantage!
• At least one year of experience in managing a sales department/sales team - mandatory
• Sales experience of at least 3 years - a must!
• Ability to build and create relationships to promote the company.
• Willingness to work during US hours when necessary (about twice a week)
• English at a very high level - a must!
• English at a native language level - a significant advantage!
