We are an all woman company in New York looking for a Project Coordinator to manage segments of our Amazon business. Success in this role requires a problem solver with excellent time management and communication skills.


The ideal candidate is capable, curious, and looking to learn more about how an Amazon business works. She takes initiative and is comfortable asking questions. She has basic computer skills and is detail oriented. She can think on her feet and has a good work ethic as well as friendly demeanor. She is a team player, and is looking for an excellent growth opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • Managing Amazon listings
    • Managing pricing
    • Keeping listings uniform
    • Managing any changes that need to be made with artwork or listing copy
    • Managing customer complaints - keeping a close eye on complaint level, and opening cases and pulling inventory when necessary
  • Carefully monitoring inventory levels on 200+ products 
  • Managing FBM orders 
  • Managing new graphics and materials, coordinating with graphic artists, content managers, and printers 
  • Create monthly profit and loss sheets 
  • Create monthly inventory reports
  • Entering invoices into Quickbooks
  • Managing various software programs - making sure everything is entered and up to date (Quickbooks, Helium, Fetcher, Connectbooks)
  • Managing relevant employees
  • Managing shipments into Amazon 
    • Creating shipping labels
    • Entering package information
    • Entering customs information for overseas shipments
    • Monitor issues that come up
  • Managing Customer Service 
    • Monitoring and responding to messages
    • Monitoring reviews
  • Ordering supplies
  • Managing phone system
  • Bookkeeping 
    • Keeping credit card sheet updated
    • Paying vendors
    • Keeping close eye on $$ in accounts
    • Payroll
  • More smaller projects relating to running of young, growing company


Requirements

  • Ability to multitask
  • Taking initiative
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Working knowledge of computers, including Google Sheets
  • Hands-on experience with project or office management is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
