
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
• Management of direct email campaigns and email marketing system including cold and warm emails, newsletters and promotions. Lead
list acquisition including purchasing, working with a lead generator, current lists and other methods. Management and organization of
lead database including segmentation, filling and storage.
• Testing and developing new acquisition methods either in house or with vendors including PPC, SEO, affiliate and media partnerships,
direct advertising, re targeting, print and display, PR and sponsorship of legal events.
• Vendor procurement, management and direction for graphic designer, copy writers, video editor, social media content writer for
projects related to sales collateral, case studies, website and email content, networking events.
• Prepare data reports and review with Founders on amount of leads, lead sources, conversions and other metrics monthly.
• Possible launch of the brand portion of a new division.
Sales Team:
• Supervise and manage Israel sales department staff which includes hiring representatives, training and on-boarding (currently no sales
team in place in Israel yet).
• Direct with guidance of CEO company sales process including refinement and development of sales playbook, sales pitch, follow up
procedures (automated and not), prospect grading, CRM efficiency and sales report production.
Existing Clients Development:
• Work in coordination with lead account manager on client retention marketing (Including development of check up emails, reports of
service usage, demos of features not being utilized, etc.)
• Development of referral program
• Upgrade or up-sell sales development.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of similar experience with demonstrated success of excellence.
• A prior position in one or more of Sales, Marketing or Business Development role.
• Experience managing at least two employees or contractors over a period of at least one year.
• Ability to work partial US hours 12:30 pm-10:30 pm Monday-Thursday - Friday and Sunday Off
• Due to all of all our clients being US based, we are looking for someone that is a American or Canadian Citizen.
• Able to possibly travel on rare occasion to the US and if you already spend time visiting family in North America annually that would be a
win-win bonus.
• High school degree or equivalent
