I know how hard it is to find an Apt in the בית הכנסת הגדול area, because it took me more then a year to find one myself:)
So this apt just came in, it's on the 3rd floor, with an Elivator.
The building is very well kept and one of the nice ones on the block.
I know the owner well and most of the neighbors, and they're really wonderful people.
I don't have photos yet of the apt, but as soon as I get them I'll uploaded for you.
