Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST, some flexibility

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director with a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to lead and inspire our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, clinical experience, and a passion for long-term, impactful work in behavioral health.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a clinical team effectively.
• Extensive experience in ABA, with a solid understanding of best practices and current methodologies.
• Strong clinical background, with a commitment to high-quality client care and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and direction for ABA programs.
• Supervise and support staff in delivering effective ABA interventions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
