We hand pick the livestock for slaughter directly from the farmer to insure the highest quality of meat possible.
What's available? Cow, Sheep, chickens, -you name it.
If we're ever out we'll let you know when the next farmer has what your looking for.
OUR COWS
They ARE NOT given shots, hormones, etc.
They ARE fed natural feed.
They ARE generally free range for around three months before entering a spacious pen.
We DO carry 100% organic and free range cows as special orders.
We ONLY select from farmers who take good care of their animals.
Aside from ground meat, cuts we generally carry include steaks, ribs bone-in, short ribs bone-in, T-bone, stew meat, roasts, brisket, liver, and soup bones.
OUR SHEEP
They ARE fed natural feed.

OUR CHICKENS
The farmer gives little chicks one shot according to Israeli law.
They are fed 100 natural mix.
They are taken good care of and not stuffed together in harsh conditions.
