Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Israel office. This is a hybrid/remote role, with ideally 1-2 days a week from our Jerusalem office. You will work closely with me and will report to our Head of Talent Acquisition based in the U.S.
Responsibilities
As a talent acquisition specialist you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process in Israel for a variety of roles, including: developers, data engineers, AI, marketing roles, product managers, UX/UI designers, customer success, and much more. You will form relationships and partner with hiring managers (based in Israel and the U.S.) to understand our hiring needs. In addition, you will manage and execute the advertising of roles on social media platforms, and oversee all sourcing. We want to have the most excellent candidate experience and you will ensure that happens!
Daily Responsibilities
• Posting jobs, performing phone interviews, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting references checks
• Develop strong and effective partnerships with hiring managers including collaborating to create job descriptions
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience
Requirements
• At least 2 years of tech recruiting experience: sourcing, interviewing, etc.
• Extremely high level of English
• Super positive personality
• Loves working on a team and very collaborative
• High energy and someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup culture
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Comeet – advantage)
