We are looking for an experienced individual who’s performed Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Phase 1 reviews (ESAs).
Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Phase 1 reviews (ESAs).
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Great organizational & communication skills (phone & email)
