Seeking Administrative Assistant - Temporary 4 month assignment

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This individual will provide high-level support to managers, as well as intermittent support for back-office and compliance teams.
The ideal candidate would be a flexible team-player looking for a challenging role in an exciting field.
Duties include:
● Assisting all departments with administrative tasks
● Assisting clients using CRM
● Liaising and assisting CEO
● Daily banking operations
● Serve as the point person for office-related duties
Requirements:
- An eye for detail is extremely important
- Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills
- Excellent office management skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Able to adhere to strict deadlines
- Problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude
Required languages: English - Mother Tongue, Hebrew - excellent working knowledge
