Experience with CRM Program Piperdrive.
Excellent managing and communication skills
Hands-on experience and knowledge of marketing, communications, social media and online advertising.
Result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Utilize CRM software (Pipedrive) to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, pain points, and priorities of prospective customers, ensuring effective communication during the sales process.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass high-quality leads to the Account Executives for further sales engagement.
Initiate and maintain positive relationships with prospects to nurture long-term business partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and improve lead generation strategies and messaging.
Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

A growing Real Estate Management Company in Netanya is looking for an Operations Assistant. The position allows for work from Office and from home.
