We’re a successful, international company in the Intellectual Property legaltech space with offices in Beit Shemesh. We are looking for an IT Tech Support/Project Manager to join our

growing team!

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for the company's general IT management, the performance of

internal IT tech support, and IT documentation management. You will be providing

internal office tech support to our employees.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

General IT management -

● Managing information technology and computer systems

● Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations

● Assisting with the design, development, implementation and coordination of systems, policies and procedures

● Ensuring data security, network access and backup systems

● Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions

● Auditing systems and assessing their outcomes

● Preserving assets, information security and control structures

● Assisting with annual budgets and ensuring cost effectiveness

● Researching and implementing new web/cloud based and on-premises systems for IT management, operations and sales efficiency, and any other area that will benefit the company

● Documentation: Composition and Maintenance of IT documentation, and Intranet Site management (Currently: Google Sites, but subject to change)

Technical and Office Support -

● Handling of internal IT Tech Support tickets

● Google Workspace (G Suite) Admin

● Cloud-based Network and PC fleet management

● Cybersecurity (Firewall, Antivirus/Malware, Anti-Phishing)

● Data backup management

● VOIP Phone System Support

● 3rd party IT support service coordination

● IT Equipment Inventory management

● IT Equipment Supplier coordination

● Security Camera status checks and periodic maintenance

● Office Network and IT equipment Maintenance

● BYOD Data Security

Desired Characteristics:

● Good interpersonal skills\collaborate effectively with team members

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

● Creative and resourceful problem solver

● Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

Requirements:

● Full time availability (including some limited evening\night hours)

● IT related Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications and/or experience

● 2-5 years of experience working in IT operations and support

● Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures

across various technologies

● Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and

systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone

systems

● Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

● Firm grasp on IT infrastructure , cybersecurity and operations best practices

● English mother tongue

● Salesforce and ManageEngine admin experience is a plus
