Admin Support for Religious Streaming Video Site
We are a kosher Jewish video rental and subscription platform that is growing every month, while streaming quality and appropriate content to English speaking families in the US and around the world.
We are looking for a responsible assistant to help grow the platform. Main duties will include:
- Research and develop relationships with content creators to list their content and run shows on the platform
- Set up ad campaigns to drive purchases of content and shows on the platform.
- Assist creators in setting up their accounts and adding their videos
- Provide support to customers who are engaging with the platform
Your skills should include:
- Responsible - you can work on tasks that have been assigned to you with little oversight
- Proactive - you can actively seek out opportunities and develop the strategic partnerships that will grow the site.
- Tech savvy - you should be able to navigate dashboards and payment platforms to help resolve customer issues and set up ad campaigns.
- Detail oriented - you'll be helping content creators upload new videos, and solve problems that customers might be encountering while reporting bugs to the developers to fix.
This is currently a part time hourly role with excellent compensation and growth potential for the right candidate, including bonuses and expanded responsibilities and profits down the line.
