The international department of a large non-profit organization is looking for a bilingual (English/ Hebrew mother tongue) experienced office administrator to run their Jerusalem based office and provide administrative support to the Director, Board and staff team. Position available immediately. Previous experience in the non-profit sector is desirable but not essential. We are looking for the following:
Proven track record of efficient office management and strong organisational skills.
Demonstrable high level of computer and database management skills essential. (CRM experience highly desirable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Mother tongue level Hebrew and English essential
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Team player but also able to work using own initiative
Some experience of website design/ maintenance useful.
Experienced in use of social media and website updating
Ability to produce high quality work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong numerical skills
Leadership ability and able to motivate others
BA preferable.
