I am looking for a studio apartment for a dear Jew, who recently moved to Jerusalem, he is without a place to live.
If anyone can help find him a room / clean small private studio with a window and fresh air in Jerusalem, preferably in the central area, (walking distance to the Western Wall up to 50 minutes walking is fine. He likes to go to the כותל on Shabbat)
Between NIS 1800 and NIS 3000 per month for a private place. Depends on location and condition.
You will receive 1000 shekels.

Other details: This is a responsible and reliable man without a family. Paying rent on time. Educated with good recommendations and a good background Emotionally mature (45)broad-minded. clean and tidy. Leaves everything clean. Independent in everyday life (does shopping, sometimes cooks for Shabbat, and likes to share) with an excellent character and considerate of those around him, doesn't do parties, etc. Keeps kosher and Shabbat (modern). Not at home most of the day he teaches Torah, history and music, and is also busy writing.
