I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I earned my doctorate from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Institute of Psychology. I primarily provide individual treatment with adults and the elderly, and have worked extensively with individuals experiencing chronic pain, headaches, cancer, and vision impairment and loss. Though I have also worked with adolescents and children; I am currently under supervision as I continue extending my work and expertise in such work. I am committed to helping people improve themselves and focus to provide goal-oriented therapy, with the ultimate result being patients who experience continued forward momentum after they leave therapy. I am committed to providing services that are high quality, empathic, and evidence-based. My approach is focused on the individual, collaborative in nature, and is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and client-centered psychotherapy. I integrate other techniques into treatment as needed, particularly relaxation, mindfulness, and biofeedback.
