Financial Analyst

Job Description

Buligo Capital Partners, a private equity real estate firm, is searching for a financial analyst to join the team in Israel (Bursa area in Ramat Gan). The financial analyst will join the Acquisitions and Asset Management team, and play a vital role in overseeing the portfolio of assets and making investment decisions. Some of the duties and responsibilities of the financial analyst will include:

• Creating financial models for targeted acquisitions.
• Writing investment memos and other marketing materials for fundraising.
• Overseeing the Investment Strategy and Business Plan for each asset.
• Reviewing monthly financial statements and participating in management calls with the on-site teams.
• Preparing quarterly investor reports.
• Reviewing annual property budgets.

Financial Analyst Requirements

-Previous experience as a financial analyst

-3-5 years’ experience in the U.S. real estate industry - preferred

-Preference for candidate with previous experience in real estate acquisitions and/or asset management

-Background in Finance and/or Accounting

-Advanced excel skills, ideally with financial modeling experience

-Excellent written communication skills

-Strong attention to detail

-English mother tongue / very high level
