Company is a leading provider of Employer of Record and Employee Hosting services in Israel. We are a growing scale-up in the fintech/employment space, dedicated to delivering

exceptional solutions to our clients.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your sales skills and contribute to the success of our sales department.

This is a full-time, primarily office-based position and a combination of Israeli/US hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the features, benefits, and unique value

propositions of our Employer of Record service.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries and

assist in developing targeted sales strategies.

  • Reach out to prospective clients through warm calls, emails, and

networking.

  • Collaborate with the senior sales team to qualify leads, set up

appointments, and manage the sales pipeline.

  • Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring

their satisfaction and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client

interactions in the CRM system.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market

developments to contribute valuable insights to the sales team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and

resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations,

Qualifications:


  • Strong passion for sales, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn

and grow.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability

to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Mother-tongue English written and verbal proficiency; Strong written and

verbal Hebrew

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric

approach.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • 4- 7 years prior experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Sales Course Training Degree Preferred
