Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with a passion for sales. This role involves driving revenue growth by effectively managing the sales process, building strong client relationships, and consistently closing deals. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and has a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process through phone calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Conduct presentations to potential clients to showcase our offerings.
- Close deals effectively and consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Generate new leads through LinkedIn and other online resources.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong knowledge and experience with CRM software.
- Native American English speaker.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-savvy with experience in online marketing and lead generation.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work US business hours, Monday to Thursday (3 PM - 11 AM).
