Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Operations Manager at an Art Studio in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the sales and operations activities of the gallery. The Sales & Operations Manager will manage the customer experience, coordinate ordering and shipping, manage logistics and supply chains, manage inventory, negotiate with vendors, and drive revenue growth in accordance with established goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Sales and/or Operations Management role
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to leverage sales data and analytics to drive decision-making
• Experience with inventory management systems, logistics, and supply chains
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Commitment to providing a high-quality customer experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary Transparency

• Position is Full-Time & On-Site
• Starting Salary: 7,000 NIS per Month (43.75 NIS per Hour)
• Payment via Direct Deposit
• Jerusalem Art Studio is a Registered Israeli Osek Murshe
