Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and energetic customer support agents for a specialized healthcare call center. This an Entry level position. This is a full-time position. Candidates must be native English speakers and proficient in Hebrew.
Responsibilities:
● In this role a successful candidate will be handling inbound and outbound traffic from our customers professionally and politely, using provided tools and acquired knowledge, while keeping up a positive attitude and energy, and being a team player.
Requirements:
● Native English speaker with an Anglo mindset.
● Proficient in Hebrew (high level). Training will be provided in Hebrew.
● Call Center experience - a plus.
● Reliable PC with stable internet connection for remote work.
● Basic computer knowledge.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow.
● Good people skills.
