Excellent. Immediate responses to email and phone call. I called and emailed them very late at night and did not say it was an emergency but that it was urgent. Mazal called back first thing in the morng and Kalman came a few hours later as promised. He was able to temporarily repair the leaking a/c withn an hour and then returned to do a complete job a few days later. They called first and gave me a 15 mins heads up and were here when they said that they would be. NO HIDDEN CHARGES. He even cleaned up the floor and remved all refuse. Pleasure.
Air Conditioner was not functioning. Called in Tzvi. After spending some time investigating the problem he decided that the unit required a new system / Mother board. He was not initially sure of the cost, the actual cost I was very pleased was at the lower end of what he estimated. Tzvi came back some days later installed the card and the system now works properly
On very short notice, Tzvi came to fix my AC on a Friday. The AC required a new part. Tzvi ordered the part on the spot, went to Talpiot to pick it up, and fixed the AC... all on Erev Shabbat. He is very professional and accepts credit card, cash, or check. I highly recommend Tzvi.

In the heat wave we are having, I was surprising how quickly Tzvi came to fix our air conditioner. He was extremely competent and was able to fix the problem at a reasonable price, even working to try to save me unnecessary costs. He was also patient with my questions on how things worked. I would recommend him highly.
We called Tsvi to fix our broken air conditioner. He came promptly and fixed our air conditioner perfectly and very quickly. He even improved it's functionality and it works better now than before it broke. He also fixed some trissim that were broken. While he was here He looked at a problem with the electrical outlets in one room and he was unable to fix that.(He said because something was broken within the walls and it was inaccessible) However he did the job that was hired him to do and even fixed our trissim, so all in all I would highly recommend him.
Tzvi is by far the best technician I've ever had. After experiencing so many technicians that don't know what they're doing or just don't care, Tzvi was a refreshing surprise. He knows his stuff and he taught me how to maintain my dryer better so that I don't have to call him again (for that problem). Can't beat that!

I just moved into my new apartment, and much to my dismay, the fridge didn't work. I told my landlord about the issue, and he found Tzvi through Janglo. That day, Tzvi was here to diagnose the problem. After a few minutes, he found what was wrong, and told me that the next day, he would be back with the required tools. The next day, when he came back, it took only about 20 minutes, and the fridge was fixed. Friendly, helpful, professional, prompt, and quick. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer, and Tzvi provides a wonderful service.
Tzvi has dome several jobs in my house including fixing up a folding table on my balcony wall at very short notice before Succot and repairing my broken sink pipes. He is a perfectionist and extremely honest and trustworthy. Very pleasant to have around the house and is always happy to to those little extra jobs that inevitably need doing when you have a handyman in the house.
Tzvi is great! My heater broke on Erev Shabbos and I didn't know what to do as I have a 12 month old baby and it gets very cold in the winter. So I found Tzvi on Janglo and told him the situation and he cancelled other customers that he had that day just so that he can fix the heater so that we wouldn't be cold on Shabbos. Tzvi is a handyman magician! I bought a cabinet and did not realize my apartment was made of fake walls and he spent hours making it fit properly and safely and did not stop until I was satisfied.. and being a woman.. it took a few tries :) He also worked on a few odds and ends around the house at no extra charge! Tzvi was excellent - hung my pictures exactly where i wanted, checked to make sure everything was straight and level, and even cleaned up after himself! that's unheard of in this country. he also offered tips about other things in my home and is clearly knowledgable on a whole range of home repair issues. i would definitely recommend him and call him again.
