Position Overview
We seek a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Hygiene Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our data's integrity and accuracy, including watching for duplicate accounts and proper, up-to-date email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses. The ideal candidate will use both online tools and their own analytical skills to maintain high data quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly audit and update our Salesforce database's email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses.
- Utilize online tools and manual checks to verify and correct data.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
- Collaborate with team members to implement data-cleaning strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data hygiene processes and procedures.

- Primary: Salesforce
- Secondary: Excel (proficiency required)

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience and Qualifications

Salary
- Starting 60 NIS hourly (depending on experience).
