Judaica WebStore is looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep to answer emails and phone calls and provide excellent service to our customers around the world.

We are the world's largest online Judaica and Jewish products store, partnering with local artists to sell Israeli-made items all over the world. We're proud to offer a flexible and friendly working environment.

Job requirements:
- native-level fluency in English
- computer literacy
- relevant experience in customer service preferred
- basic understanding of Jewish life, customs, holidays, etc.
- availability to work in-office 8-9 hrs/day Sun-Thurs (flexible hours)

Please note this is NOT a remote position. The job is in our office in Givat Shaul, Jerusalem.
