Tier 2 IT Support Engineer
Efrat Networks is searching for an experienced Tier 2 IT support engineer or specialist to join our Inside Support team with options to advance to Tier 3 or System-level position in the future. The candidate will be exposed to wide range of technologies, vendors and IT systems operated by various organizations of different sizes and in different industries. The candidate will provide support to field engineers and remote support to customers with workstations, servers, networks and WAN connections. The candidate will be helping create and resolve service requests, managing various IT projects and triaging support cases to colleagues.
Requirements:
3+ years experience
Ability to independently troubleshoot wide range of IT issues
Ability to manage time and prioritize
Experience with RMM systems and monitoring systems - advantage
Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019
Good knowledge of Windows 10
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Experience with Remote Support
Teamwork and Strong Diagnostic Abilities
Service Oriented Personality
Fluent English and Hebrew, full command in written as well as spoken English
University Degree - advantage
