JOB DESCRIPTION
* Create engaging content for Amazon posts and product pages
* Create appealing content for Instagram
* Generate visually impressive graphics
* Manage ASIN/SKU catalog
* Analyze statistical data and implement changes
* Communicate with the team and management on project developments
* Provide top-quality customer support when required (via email)
REQUIREMENTS
* Must be a social media lover and excellent communicator (written and graphically)
* Ability to analyze metrics/trend data to track, analyze and implement adjustments where necessary
* Experience with FBA and eBay marketplaces as a seller
* Exceptional customer service-oriented approach
* Capacity to develop and monitor the account’s key performance indicators
* Excellent ability to present and communicate recommendations to management
* English mother-tongue-level essential
