We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.
The Product Manager will work with senior management to help develop SaaS applications and services. Key skills required will include the ability to create management specification documents and convert them to user stories that can be implemented by developers. The Product Manager will oversee management of the development process through to implementation in the production environment.
This is a full-time position is based in Jerusalem, Israel with the opportunity to work from home under certain circumstances.
Responsibilities:
· Take charge of product and features development - from requirement analysis to delivery
· Analyze and translate the needs of management into detailed product requirement documentation for management and user stories for the development team
· Communicate with R&D team to ensure the efficient execution of the user stories, sprints and software releases
· Manage an Agile development process, take charge of the backlog, evaluate and create priorities for sprints to ensure delivery
· Schedule and oversee the execution of sprints with the R&D team and team leader
· Work with internal and outsourced engineering teams
Requirements:
· Fluent English – A MUST
· 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven ability to specify and deliver quality B2B SaaS applications – A MUST
· Experience in Agile processes and methodologies – A MUST
· Ability to communicate ideas and tasks through product documentation and mockups
· Experienced in working with engineering teams using Agile methodologies
· Organized, methodical and creative team player
· Strong presentation skills
