Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing new and potential manuscripts for review.
  • Maintaining correspondence with authors.
  • Processing incoming phone orders for books.
  • Basic office maintenance.
  • Making sure the needs in the office are met and helping the team run smoothly.
  • Executive assistance, including travel arrangements and meetings for the CEO.
  • Organizing book launches and speaking tours for authors.
  • Management of the company’s social media accounts.
  • Organization (and occasional design) of print ads.
  • Actively pursue new marketing opportunities.
  • Sending out review copies and Advanced Reading Copies of upcoming books for review.
  • Review and process incoming contracts for new books/authors.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong and professional communication skills: verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with social media and marketing experience is an asset.
  • Mother tongue level English and proficient Hebrew.
  • Ability to work in a small team.
  • Graphic design skills and a creative eye are advantageous.
