Beit Shemesh/Hybrid - HR Manager
An international leading company based in Beit Shemesh is looking for an HR professional manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The position is to replace a maternity leave for 6 or 9 months with the possibility to grow into a permanent position.
Responsibilities include:
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, tactics and procedures
- Manage payroll process (with an external payroll provider)
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Develop and oversee the appraisal system and recognition programs
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor them
- Provide support to management through HR metrics
- Ensure compliance throughout HR management in Israel and US offices
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as HR manager or HR generalist
- Excellent level of English and Hebrew
- In-depth knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices
- Knowledge and experience in US labor law - an advantage
- Experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships
- People oriented with excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
The position can be part-time or full-time, Sun-Thu and can be with a hybrid work model (some days work from home).
