As a Team Lead BDR, you will spearhead our business development efforts by guiding a team of BDRs and actively engaging in direct prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals. You will be a key driver in expanding our reach and impact within the nonprofit sector, acting as both a leader and a hands-on contributor.



What You Will Do:

Lead and Mentor: Guide and support a team of BDRs to ensure they meet their individual and team targets.

Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify US-based nonprofit organizations that align with our ideal client profile.

Research: Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs.

Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives to strategize and schedule introductory presentations.

Domain Expertise: Become a domain expert in the nonprofit sector and the BDR profession.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of your team to drive continuous improvement.



Who You Are:

Experienced Hunter: Minimum of 1+ year in a sales or business development role, preferably in a leadership position.

Organized: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Flexible: Willing and able to work US hours.

Communicator: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Energetic and Driven: High energy, results-oriented, and a proven overachiever.

Native English Speaker

Location- either Jerusalem or Beit Shemesh
