We are going abroad for one year and renting our beautiful house in Mevaseret Zion, located 10 min by car from the entrance to Jerusalem. The house sits at the edge of a nature reserve and provides an amazing view of Jerusalem. It has a large living room, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, modern kitchen with all amenities, and a large beautiful garden with a shed and a gas grill. In the garden, you can enjoy a lovely breakfast and dinner, relax in a hammock or play basketball and ping pong. Our lemon and tangerine trees will supply you with fruits all through the winter. The house is fully furnished: living room with sofas and a piano, 4 furnished bedrooms and one TV room, kitchen including dishwasher. Further amenities: washing machine, drier, Cellcom TV, printer, heating, AC, etc.
Starting from the house, you can hike down the Nahal Halilim canyon and reach a number of ancient caves. This hike is especially beautiful in the spring when almond trees and anemones are blooming nearby.
The house is located in a new picturesque neighbourhood of Mevaseret, full of flowers and blossoming trees. Public transportation is conveniently located and connects you to all places in Mevaseret and to Jerusalem. A small supermarket, and a few restaurants and synagogues are in walking distance from the house. Two shopping malls are close by.
The house is perfect for people who would like to spend some time in a quite and picturesque neighbourhood not far from Jerusalem.
The house especially suits newcomers (Olim or returning Israelis) or people who would like to spend a year in Israel.
