COMPANY OVERVIEW

Allia Group specializes in financing litigation and purchasing healthcare insurance receivables. As an industry leader, innovation, and entrepreneurship remain core to our business and we are constantly developing new solutions for the healthcare industry.

Allia Group is a contract based Business Development associate who will be responsible for developing new business including generating leads and interacting with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Managers, General Counsels and other influencers in our target healthcare markets to build relationships and identify portfolios of receivables and other opportunities.

We are seeking a creative business development professional, with previous experience and demonstrated success in developing business within the healthcare or finance industries.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will evangelize Allia Group offering and value proposition via outbound outreach to our target markets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective healthcare providers, and for facilitating relationships between them and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree required

● 5+ years of combined experience: selling relevant services into the healthcare industry

● Understanding and experience of marketing and business development objectives and techniques.

Core competencies & Skills

● Demonstrated ingenuity and ability to collaborate and contribute to a team-based effort to develop innovative business growth ideas.

● Strong analytical acumen.

● Self-starter able to generate his/her own research leads and hypotheses.

● Thoughtful problem solver able evolve thinking and strategy iteratively based upon research, data, and feedback.

● Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to tell a compelling story from qualitative insights.

● Ability to build consensus and work across functions and with executives.

● Sound business judgment and the ability to align recommendations to business strategy.

Other Requirements

3 to 5 hours per day with a minimum of 3 hours overlapping 10 to 6pm eastern.

Superior detail orientation and organization.

SUMMARY This position requires a unique blend of strong relationship management and business development skills combined with a collaborative and team focused professional outlook.

The candidate requires the credibility, commercial savvy and persuasive conviction to identify and advance qualified opportunities. The candidate will understand the cadence of healthcare provider relationship building.
