Keepgo, a leading mobile data provider, is expanding and seeking a Tear 2 Technical/Customer Support Representative to join our Support. Work from home with occasional shifts in the office.
Must be fluent in English (Mother tongue level). We provide training, but ideal candidates will be flexible self-starters with solid technical background, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch T2 technical support across a variety of web-based platforms and occasionally over the phone.
Ensure client concerns and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
Be comfortable in a role working as the authority for a multitude of technical topics.
Job Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in Israel. Must have experience in customer service and/or tech support. Proactive thinker. English- mother tongue level. Strong MS Office skills with familiarity of Zen desk preferred (not required). Must be customer oriented and serviceable. Available to work 3-5 shifts per week NIGHT hours, Mon – Thu Nights shifts Fri-Sun (Day/Night shifts)
