Social Media Manager
BNR Consulting is a Marketing Consulting firm specializing in E-Commerce.
We're looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to manage the presence of established brands. The ideal candidate uses TikTok, Instagram and Facebook daily and stays on top of all of the latest trends.
This is a full-time position from our Jerusalem City Center offices which offers work from home opportunities, growth potential and a warm, friendly, anglo office environment!
Tasks and responsibilities would include:
- Developing strategy and scheduling coordinated posts across platforms.
- Creating and maintaining social media content and promotional calendars.
- Working closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure content is high-quality and fits the brand vision and goals.
- Helping to nurture organic growth and brand communities.
- Facilitating influencer outreach and working with influencers to create relevant content.
Requirements:
- Mother tongue-level English.
- Professional social media management experience is preferred but not required.
- Deep knowledge of social media use and trends with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Understanding of social media data and analytics.
- High-level digital fluency (Google Suite and Microsoft Office skills).
- An eye for design is required - design skills (Adobe, Canva) are a plus.
- Experience with creating content calendars and scheduling posts is a plus.
- Experience working with agencies, influencers and influencer outreach is a plus.
- Experience working with email marketing is a plus.
