About the role
- Manage a large pipeline of leads with a focus on closing sales via email, phone, live chat
- Work closely with other teams to effectively manage client expectations and deliver high-quality projects
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on renewals and upsell conversations
- Become a trusted advisor and ambassador
- Become the customer advocate, collaborate with our Product, CS, and Tech teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales-related function
- A tech-savvy person who is able to work in a computer-based environment and is familiar with social networks and Google Suite
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and high energy
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Mother-tongue level English
- Portuguese / French / German / Italian - an advantage
- Flexibility in working hours (According to EST US time zone) - an advantage
