Roosterworkspace is hiring a Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant for a full time position.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced bookkeeper, familiar with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping tasks (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, financial reporting)
  • Perform standard office duties (answering phones, filing, data entry)
  • Serve as primary contact for office inquiries

Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented bookkeeper with experience using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. They possess strong organizational and time management skills.

This position is partly on EST (Israeli afternoon/evening) and partly on your own time. This is a work from home position with an option of working from our office in Jerusalem if you wish.
