Marketing & Sales Specialist
(Remote, Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time)
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative individual with strong marketing, sales, and people skills to help build relationships with social workers and secure referrals for our home care services, particularly for families with special needs individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with social workers and referral sources.
Promote home care services and facilitate referrals.
Conduct outreach via phone, email, etc.
Collaborate with team members to meet goals.
Qualifications:
Marketing and sales experience.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Patient, personable, and self-motivated.
Available during American working hours (Eastern or Pacific time zone).
Part-time role with potential for full-time.
