To accelerate growth in the North American ERP and Retail Management markets, we are searching for a sales and goal driven SDR. The SDR’s primary focus is to generate demand for our solutions and services through a mix of inbound calls and outbound prospecting. You will be the first contact and introduction to our software for many prospects.
Responsibilities:
• Qualify prospects and produce quality leads to generate and drive sales
• Develop sales prospecting strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential
customers.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling, email sequence, social media
channels or responding to leads inquiries generated from marketing campaigns.
• Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to an account executive,
and securing remote or in-person meetings or phone calls.
• Present preliminary product information to potential customers once you have identified
their needs.
• Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not move forward in the
sales process via email or phone calls
• Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing
customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
• Perform database and record keeping activities
• Collaborate with both our sales and marketing teams to ensure the company's goals and
targets are met.
Qualifications:
• Ability to work IL and US time zones (EST)
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of our products and services through telesales or
email communication (product training provided).
• Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills, interpersonal, and customer
service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Possess strong time management and analytical skills
• Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate using business and technical concepts.
• Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred.
• Two years relevant sales development experience; software industry preferred.
• Advantage: familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo and other related tools.
• Advantage: experience with the US market
• A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
