Job Title: Marketing Manager – Paid & Organic Digital Marketing

Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-time (Flexible, some EST hours and some Israel hours. 4-6 hours per week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in both paid and organic digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and content marketing. You will also be tasked with driving growth through the strategic integration of paid and organic marketing efforts, ensuring the alignment of all digital campaigns with business goals.

As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities for growth, monitor campaign performance, and adapt strategies to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to manage multiple marketing channels, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Digital Marketing:

  • Campaign Strategy & Management:

    • Oversee and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok).
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Conduct in-depth audience targeting, keyword research, and bid management to optimize paid campaigns.
    • Perform continuous optimization of campaigns by analyzing data, adjusting ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI).
  • A/B Testing & Performance Analysis:

    • Design and run A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
    • Analyze campaign performance regularly and identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.
    • Generate detailed reports to track ROI, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Organic Digital Marketing:

  • SEO Strategy & Optimization:

    • Oversee all aspects of SEO, including on-page optimization, keyword research, backlink strategy, and technical SEO.
    • Develop content strategies that align with SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and drive targeted traffic.
    • Monitor Google Search Console, Analytics, and other SEO tools to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and content performance.
    • Work with the content team to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user experience.
  • Content Marketing & Strategy:

    • Develop a robust content marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and authority.
    • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging blog posts, case studies, videos, and social media content to enhance organic reach.
    • Ensure consistency in content messaging and tone across all digital channels.

Cross-Channel Integration:

  • Align Paid & Organic Strategies:

    • Ensure seamless integration between paid and organic marketing efforts for maximum impact, including utilizing insights from paid campaigns to inform SEO and content strategy.
    • Leverage organic content to support paid campaign objectives (e.g., using SEO-driven blog posts to feed into Facebook or Google Ads).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

    • Continuously optimize landing pages, content, and user flows to increase conversion rates for both paid and organic traffic.
    • Work with design and development teams to improve website user experience (UX) and ensure mobile optimization.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Regularly track and report on the performance of both paid and organic channels, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-specific reporting tools.
    • Use data to inform ongoing strategy, adjust campaigns, and make recommendations for future marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Team Guidance:

    • Work with internal teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure digital marketing campaigns align with overall brand and business goals.
    • Provide mentorship and direction to junior team members or external partners responsible for specific campaign elements.
  • Collaboration with Leadership:

    • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with overall business strategy.
    • Regularly update the team and leadership on campaign performance, challenges, and new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic digital marketing (SEO, content marketing, etc.).
    • Proven track record of successfully managing paid and organic campaigns with measurable results.
    • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and paid media management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Skills & Expertise:

    • Expertise in SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, keyword research, content marketing, and link building.
    • Strong understanding of paid media strategies and experience with budget management, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques.
    • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and landing page testing.
    • Knowledge of A/B testing methods for both paid and organic marketing strategies.
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other digital marketing tools.
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (ideally Klaviyo) is a plus.
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or the ability to work closely with developers to implement marketing initiatives.
    • Familiarity with Triple Whale is a major plus.
