I would like to receive reliable information (the workers of govermental services are not always giving true info) regarding "dmei zekna" in Israel (state payment for elderly): is it true that someone who came young to the country and has not been working for 12 years (and accordingly has not been paying into Bituah Leumi), will not be eligible for "dmei zekna" when becoming old?
