U.S. Licensed Attorney - Entertainment Law

GreenPoint Legal is seeking a U.S. Licensed Attorney to provide legal research and writing services in the field of entertainment law. Primary tasks will be in the entertainment transactional realm such as corporate and non-profit formations, entertainment employment agreements, entertainment production agreements and intellectual property protection.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of entertainment law, specifically: transactions, intellectual property considerations, employment agreements, production agreements, etc.
• Excellent analytical, legal research, and drafting skills
• Expert proficiency with Westlaw and/or Lexis legal research platform(s)
• Entertainment litigation experience, a plus
• Knowledge and experience in IP Laws, technology/data privacy laws, a plus
• State Bar admission, preferred

Specifics: Work from home in Israel on a per project basis. Consultant or employee payment options available.
