A media agency is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing Manager who will be responsible for creating engaging content and compelling marketing campaigns in support of our brands, new content launches and existing portfolios.

The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Someone who is a passionate, life-long learner, creative problem solver and is comfortable operating at both highly strategic and tactical levels. This role works closely with a variety of different teams within the organization and requires strong collaboration, communication and project management skills. The Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You’ll Do:

Your work will focus on two main divisions: Unpacked for Educators (75%) / Unpacked (25%)

    • Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing multichannel marketing campaigns including: email marketing, social media, paid social, search, display and guerilla marketing that “stop the scroll”
    • Drive growth: Increase the number of customers and audiences using multiple channels, seeking to innovate and test new marketing strategies
    • Writing: Execute email newsletters, press releases, articles, social media ad copy and landing pages
    • Research: Conduct research on the market, the competition and customers to identify trends and opportunities for future growth
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics to make data-driven decisions to refine online ad campaigns and improve campaign strategies
  • Project management: End-to-end management of marketing projects
  • Brand growth: Use innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among Jews 18-34

  • Experience creating and executing creative marketing campaigns that “stop the scroll” and lead to awareness, engagement and customer acquisition
  • Excellent writing skills in English with an ability to write for multiple brands
  • Fluency in online marketing: Social media, SEO, PPC, Email marketing
  • Experience with data analysis, presentation, reporting, and tracking tools. Ability to not only report, but also provide recommendations for future improvements is a must
  • Team player with excellent communication skills; and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, switching focus as necessary to accommodate deadlines and priorities
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent training and experience)
  • Proficiency in Marketing CRM (Pardot is a plus), Facebook for Business, and Google Analytics
