Convergence is looking for a HR Recruiter. The Recruiter in the Human Resources Department is responsible and accountable for the recruitment of clinical positions at our facilities. The Nurse Recruiter participates in the entire staffing process: receives, sources, and sorts candidates in the applicant tracking system. Selects candidates meeting the minimum requirements as outlined within job descriptions and coordinates interviews. Maintains close collaboration with department managers and develops a successful working relationship to ensure thorough understanding of staffing needs, position requirements, and facility specific practices.

This is an in-office position from 3PM-12midnight. Compensation begins at 7000 NIS/month plus potential for significant bonuses.
