We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our Call Center (B2C). The position includes managing employees and motivating the team to meet sales goals.
- Provide training and coaching to employees.
- Display strong communication and technical skills.
- Work with coworkers, management, and other departments to help coordinate problem-solving in an effective and timely manner.
- Provide technical expertise to co-workers and handle elevated calls.
- Effective communication skills in a professional setting, both spoken and verbal.
Job Requirements:
- English – fluent/native-level.
- At least three years of sales experience in the world of call centers.
- Available to work US working hours (16:00-01:00 IL time).
- Experience in managing a team and leading it to meet targets.
- Ability to think creatively and under pressure.
- Ability to lead a diverse group of sellers.
- On-site at our Jerusalem office.
