We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to manage ACH transactions, respond to billing emails, and handle customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Process ACH transactions.
- Respond to billing emails and address customer questions.
- Make client calls as needed during U.S. hours.
- Manage basic accounting tasks related to billing and payments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 hours of work per day, with flexibility for additional hours.
- Availability during some U.S. hours for client calls.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with accounting or bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with ACH transactions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Native level English speaking and writing skills
Work from home (within Israel)
Part time. 3 hours a day, with some availability over US hours
