Legal Counsel

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Review, draft and negotiate distribution, vendor, and service-related contracts (e.g. distribution agreements, NDAs, manufacturing agreements, termination letters).
• Negotiate key business terms in contracts (e.g. warranties, returns, penalties, etc.)
• Ad hoc legal support and advice to other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.) based on knowledge, research, and experience.
• Communicate and coordinate with external counsel.
• Support the Legal Department in all other legal tasks, as needed.

Education/Experience:

• Must possess a degree in law from any jurisdiction.
• Must have one to three years of experience in a commercial and/or transactional capacity with an emphasis on contracts.
• Must speak native-level English.
• In-house experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong Hebrew is an advantage.
