Overview
Attorney for the tenders and projects department
The tenders and projects department represents public bodies in the management and accompaniment of hundreds of tender procedures and other competitive procedures, local and international, and in this framework engages in the formulation of the legal and professional procedure documents and even serves as full members of tender committees. In addition, the department represents private entities in evaluations before and during competitive procedures, including the formulation of preliminary cooperation agreements/arrangements for joint ventures; Analysis and assessment of risks and prospects in the tender, editing of the bid documents, and more.
Requirements:
Experience of 1-5 in infrastructures/ commercial/contractual litigation/ infrastructures
Experience in accompanying infrastructure projects and conducting tenders - an advantage.
Internship at the Elite office is an advantage.
English at a high level - an advantage.
