My husband and I were having great difficulty in our bathrooms and the laundry room. There was water in the ceilings, the water was seeping through our walls where the seams meet the connection of the walls and ceilings. The walls and ceilings were peeling large flakes of the paint that fell onto the floor and windows When we called Leak Detectives they came as quickly as possible. We were hoping to have answers to the sources of the water seepage. When they arrived they investigated our problems in our home, the outside of the building and the upstairs home, taking special pictures of what happened inside the walls. They found pools of water drawing from the roof down to the ground floor. We were given the option to have the report in English and Hebrew. They spoke with our neighbors and friends and thoroughly explained the problem and process to correct the problem. They then answered all questions we needed to proceed. I had already called a plumber and roofer to work on my home but the water kept coming back. It was so frustrating, no one wanted to take responsibility or seemed to be able to give me an answer… I called The Leak Detectives and Moshe spoke with me at length, he knew his stuff and had years of experience. He came to my home, performed a thorough inspection, went onto the roof, checked neighboring walls. He sent me a report outlining the exact issue and suggested that we use his Kablan to fix the damage. The team came to our home and fixed the issues, and we are well into the rainy winter BH and no signs of water in my home at all!!! I can hardly believe it!

The Leak Detectives were a pleasure to work with from the very start. We had called them because of a recurring mold spot and bubbling paint in some bedrooms, truthfully, we were resigned to just dealing with these issues when we noticed an ad and thought we could just call to hear about the service. Moshe was so polite from the very beginning and so informative, he really cared abut our home and about explaining what was happening and how to work through it. We set an appointment and received an electronic hazmana explaining what would be. Moshe showed up on time and did the work thoroughly and accurately. He sent us a written report, detailing the issues and their sources, with thermal and digital pics attached. Furthermore, there was a whole section in the report outlining exactly how to resolve the issues we were having and which professional we would need to hire to have this work done. We didn’t even know that these issues could be resolved and now we are equipped to meet with the kablan to fix them for good!
