Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative assistance to CEO
  • In charge of updating company’s website and LinkedIn
  • Organizing and maintaining the company internal and external databases
  • Administrative tasks related to onboarding of new employee’s

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of prior administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power point in particular)
  • Fluent in English (preference for English native speaker)
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Trustworthy
