Tasks & Responsibilities:
– Manage the day-today with local Digital/Social agencies in market (Monthly Calls aligning on social strategy, Social calendar approval and content creation all under specific KPI’s).
– Manage digital ad campaigns for Asian markets, coordinating with local agencies and Our teams
– Strategizing marketing budget distribution based on marketing calendar.
– Oversee 6 local market IG handles + Asian specific platforms: LINE/WEIBO/WECHAT/KAKAO
TALK.
– Develop a plan for social activations, sweepstakes and growth tactics in accordance with market launches & focuses.
– Work with the creative team to ensure in-house assets are being created/personalized for specific markets.
– Work with Marketing, PR, E-Commerce, Education and Design teams to support 360 launch plan
& go-to-market strategies.
– Work along-side PR/Influencers team on the creation and implementation of influencer campaigns inc review and monitor success of influencer campaigns.
– Lead analytics tracking of social activities both internal and externally – monthly growth, campaign performance, etc.
– Develop ideas to come up with innovative and unique ways to engage with consumers and stylists on social.
Skills & Abilities
– 3-4 years of similar experience in Social Media.
– Bachelor degree in communications, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, and/or related fields.
– Fluent in English, written and verbal. Hebrew- Advantage.
– Proficiency in use of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok + YouTube.
– Passionate about social media, up-to-date on latest trends
– Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Facebook Business Manager + analytics.
– Good communication and presentation skills.- Attention to detail, organized, proactive & takes initiative.
– Ability to multi-task, works well under pressure both in a team and individually.
