An FCA-regulated UK financial brokerage firm that deals with professional clients is looking for an Operations Manager. The OM will be responsible for overseeing and improving the company’s clearing and execution processes and will monitor and support the functionality of trading venues, reporting to management. The OM will, in addition, create and implement policies and strategies for improving productivity and efficiency levels.
Requirements:
• Experience with OTC trading systems, e.g. MT4, MT5 and Xcore
• Relevant experience in the back office or dealing room of a bank or broker.
• Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, or similar studies
• Analytical capabilities and attention to detail and accuracy
